Sonoma & Napa Valley!

Our journey will take us to Sonoma and Napa’s famous wineries. With superior wine and unparalleled scenic beauty, you will see why this area is one of the premier wine growing regions in the world.

In this multiple adventure trip, we will sample some of the area's signature wineries, as well as enjoy some of its secret outdoor beauty.

Our schedule allows for mornings of yoga, hikes, biking trips, or kayaking and afternoons and evenings at some of the best wine country landmarks, all while spending our nights at a local country villa.

  • Physical Demands: 3 out of 5 - Includes outdoor endeavors of hiking, kayaking, snorkeling. Requires an average level of fitness.

Itinerary

Day 1

Arrive at San Francisco Airport by 1pm for transfer to beautiful Sonoma Valley. We will enjoy the rest of the day visiting wine sample rooms in town.

Day 2

In the morning, we will take a one hour drive to the beautiful Armstrong Redwood State Park for a yoga forest glow and an 8-mile day hike.

 

On our way back we will visit Korbel Winery along the Russian River Valley.

Day 3

Start the day with a drive to Point Reyes for a morning of kayaking and seaside yoga practice. By afternoon we will visit Napa's wineries.

Day 4

We will cycle the famous Dry Creek Road along vineyards and the Russian River Valley, a 25-mile bike ride followed by a restorative yoga session. After our ride we will dedicate the rest of the day to Sonoma's many vineyards and wine rooms.

Day 5

Morning yoga flow proceeded by a day  in town.

 

Around noon we will depart to the wine country and drive to San Francisco.

 

Comfort Inn and Suites Airport West DAY.

Day 6

Transfer to San Francisco Airport.

Meet the Instructor

Ashley K. Price is a ERYT 200, YACEP, and certified personal trainer, body worker, and aquatics specialist. Offering a wide range of classes that appeal to all levels of practitioners from beginner to advanced, youth to seniors. One on one personal training and group classes are designed to encourage overall wellness and physical fitness.

 

They include power yoga, vinyasa flow, restorative, stand up paddle board yoga, mommy and me, prenatal yoga, post natal fit, chair yoga, HIIT, dance, assisted stretch therapy, strength and conditioning, agility training, aquatic training, and energy healing work. With a goal of making fitness fun while creating healthy habits and breaking down personal barriers.​
